2 kwi 2020 · I have a drawing that is 8.0788 degrees off true north, and I would like to rotate the model space without losing the original coordinate data. I will be sending this drawing to a surveyor so it needs to stay exactly where it is with all its properties.
13 cze 2021 · I'd like to rotate my entire drawing in model space, which I can do, but it always changes the coordinates of all points. I'd like to stay the same after rotation as they correspond to Easting and Northing points from a survey I did.
29 lip 2019 · I am wondering how to rotate the model space view in AutoCAD LT. In full CAD, you simply use the rotate button on the viewcube to turn the whole drawing. We construct our elevations in a "pinwheel" around the plan, so rotating the view makes it significantly easier to work on each elevation.

For Fanuc, use: G68 <alpha> <beta> R<angle> Where, alpha and beta are words for the 2 coordinates of the circle’s center we want to rotate about. For G17, <alpha> is X and <beta> is Y. In the example, we had the circle center at X0Y0.
