If the canister is of the same type it should work. Butane or iso butane or winter mix fuel should all be fine. A few years ago there was a reported issue that Colman lindel valve canisters (the squat ones) would not work properly with all stoves.

Good Butane refills. Overall packaged really well and protected being shipped by Home Depot. The canisters fit into my torch well and provide the fuel. Overall can’t say much, it does a good job for my uses. Good value and I will buy again.
