Your account number: Your bill includes a 16-digit account number. Please have this number on hand when doing business with Memphis Light, Gas and Water. The account number is broken into two parts. The first nine digits are your customer number and will remain yours, even if you move away then back to the MLGW territory.

Customers must have their 16-digit MLGW account number and the 6-digit My Account Access Code, which is printed in the blue shaded area on the front page of MLGW bills. Customers make selections regarding eBilling, reminder notices and other options during enrollment, or later by accessing the My User Profile link within the application.
