Historically, even without the Gauntlet or the Cosmic Cube, Thanos has been able to go up against any number of Marvel Universe gods and other cosmic beings, never relying on just physical strength but also employing various Cosmic energy powers, including psionic, inherent on a cellular level.

Galactus is silly to use in a fight on this level, he's beaten Odin with little to no trouble in the past. Thanos vs Darkseid is close, but I stand by that Thanos would reign triumphant over Big D. Apocalypse is certainly powerful, but not on the same level as Thanos or Darkseid.
