To register for your Cambridge English exam, you will need to find an authorised exam centre. There are over 2,800 centres in 130 countries around the world. All of them are inspected by Cambridge English and meet our high standards. Use our exam centre database to find: exam centres in your chosen country and city.
RELC Examinations Bureau is the official Test Centre for Cambridge Assessment English (CAE) in Singapore. Cambridge Assessment English provides a wide range of qualifications and tests which is globally recognised.
All exams take place at Goethe-Institut Singapore Branch, 136 Neil Road, 2nd floor: Entry procedure: 9:15-9.25 AM. Start of examination: 9:30 AM. Examinations commence punctually at the times indicated. Candidates who arrive late will not be admitted to the examination. Please register online.

To book the test, click on ‘Check availability & book’. Now it’s time to find an appointment at a test center. We’ll then provide a list of available test centers. Choose a center and select a date and time at least 24 hours in advance, then click on 'Book'.
