Today managed to fix it (on Windows 11) by using the reinstall option. Accessed by going to add/remove programs, clicking the 3 vertical dots next to 'Logitech G HUB' and selecting modify instead of uninstall.

17 lut 2022 · If your Logitech G Hub is stuck on installing screen or while downloading updates, it is likely that the hardware drivers on your computer are incompatible. Installing fresh hardware drivers is one of the most effective fixes to maintain the functionality of your software driver.
If it still doesn't work, you can quit and restart G HUB (make sure the lghub_agent.exe gets killed when quitting G HUB) to see whether it gets removed. This should remedy current issues regarding the G HUB update.
Finally, a way to install G Hub if it's stuck on downloading : r/LogitechG. Massive thanks to u/PaisWillie for this solution, it's the only thing that worked for me. Done! Be sure to click 'Check for Update' in the settings afterwards to update the software.
25 lis 2024 · If G HUB won't open, you may be able to fix it by closing any running G HUB processes and then restarting the app. First, unplug any external Logitech webcams or other gear you use with G HUB.
