I got my second DUI in Illinois. I can either do 5 days in jail or 240 hours of community service. I'd rather just do the 5 days in jail and get it over with. Is there any negatives to picking the jail sentence? Will it come up as an additional red flag on a background check? I was also told my license is revoked.
