All filing fees (including service fees) must be paid upon filing the petition with the Probate Court. The Probate Court will accept credit cards, cash, or money orders made payable to "Probate Court.”

Petition for No Administration Necessary. $164 + $2 per page + $25 (if there is real property) Petition to Probate Will and for Letters od Administration Will Annexed. $168 + $2 per page +$10 certification +$1 per page of Will.
