False advertising & non existent customer service. The idea behind fueltool is that you place your fuel order via their website, they then choose the cheapest supplier and the supplier dispatches your fuel order. Simple idea but don't be fooled! Read on for a full review.
I received no confirmation email from fuel tool or the supplier. Fuel Tools phone is never answered so I contacted the supplier who have said they have my order on the system but no delivery date and they can’t give me one.
