But, the loss of weight and addition of new muscle definition has left the “dog ears” of loose skin under my armpits where the scar ends on each side much more noticeable. I am considering liposuction. Has anyone else done this?

  3. considering dog ears are a ripple of sorts of excess skin, i think you could reduce them a bit with losing weight but the best approach would be a revision surgery.
