28 cze 2023 · This guide/mod list was also tested on pretty much exclusively on windows 10 (previously 7) and is also for the steam version of this game. Should work with gog as well. This will not work with the windows version or EGS version as SKSE64 is extremely essential and that does not support either.
Setting up Windows for Modding Skyrim: - Install and run your Modding setup from a separate drive, NOT in the Program Files folder on your main drive. - If at all possible, run your Modding setup from a SSD drive, they run faster than standard hard drives. - Manually update the drivers to your graphics card (I use Nvidia).

Where at all possible, install both Steam and Skyrim on a separate internal drive. If using another internal drive is not possible, install at the root in a new folder (for instance C:\Games\Steam).
