I was downloading an App and the App Installer won't reach more than 10% and it's always stuck. How can I fix this?
19 mar 2018 · After upgrading to Windows 10 1809, the App Installers works once again. Try the following steps: Type Services into the Start menu search box. In Services, scroll down to "Remote Procedure Call", make sure the status says "Started" and set to Automatic. The second "RPC Locator" should be set to "Manual". Thanks Karen.
