If it's an old student account, we'll help you convert it to a Google Apps at Fresno State account. If it's an employee account, go here to create your Google account.
Once you create your account, you'll login to your email at httD://Q00QleaDDs.fresnostate.edu. You can also set mobile access to your Google Apps at Fresno State account.
