They have lots of options - keto, paleo, vegan, low carb. Their portions do look smaller and they're packaged like army rations which is a bit of a turn off, but I guess it's because they're trying to keep it vacuum-fresh. I haven't seen many reviews but maybe y'all have some thoughts!
Of the three I've tried, fresh n lean had the absolute highest quality ingredients and tasted the freshest, despite its super low calories. If you're looking to try another one, I'd say factor if you need more than 1500 calories a day.
I am looking for a good low-carb meal prep delivery service. I found one through Google called Fresh-n-Lean that supposedly has a keto plan. The food on the website looks pretty good, but I was wondering if any of you have experience with this particular delivery service? How was the food? Was it worth the price? Many thanks in advance :)
