Fresh Hoods is 100% a scam (I tried ordering from them, they took my money and never delivered my product -- twice). Their "customer service" is just a rotation of canned response emails. Their phone number is invalid and out of service.

Absolute scam. I ordered a hoodie about 2 months ago and still waiting. I have emailed every two weeks or so requesting either a tracking number or a refund. First they had an issue with "accurately packaging the item," then kept promising a tracking number "soon" but never sent one.
