PSP Themes. Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.

PSP Theme creator software. Hi guys, I have recently been getting into creating my own themes. The only theme creator software I have found does not have an option to add an "Extras" icon. (The plus sign thingy).
To create your own theme you need to download the official Sony PSP Theme Creator. Prepare preview icon, preview image and wallpaper for your theme, select file> export and you will have your theme in PTF format.

CXMB – Custom Themes. Custom themes are a great way to personalize your PSP using the CXMB plugin. The only requirement is having custom firmware (ARK4 would be preferred, you can install it here). Custom themes are in .CTF format and go in the /THEME/ folder on your memory card.
