Myrient exists. Here's a full Redump collection of PSP UMD ISOs, and here is a full No-Intro set of decrypted PSN games, and here is also a full set No-Intro set of encrypted PSN games (.pkg dumps straight from Sony servers). These three collections are basically every PSP game ever dumped.

Added compatibility Themes 6.35, 6.37, 6.38, 6.39, since they are based on a single core. That is, Theme 6.35 should work on 6.39 and vice versa, or any other compatible firmware.

People have been making cool themes on hacked firmware for a while, but now it's an official feature, and Sony lets you make your own with the supplied tools! Here are some samples of the awesome.
