Install the psmame package onto your jailbroken PS3 using normal means. By default all data paths for mame are located under /dev_hdd0/ROMS/mame_data. ROMS themselves can be placed anywhere and their location chosen with the frontend.

25 gru 2019 · I'm testing all emulators for PS3 and i think there isn't the definitive emulator, we have to use all together exploiting their best features. Just for MAME i think Mame v0.125 is very very good and I have studied it to improve it. It support a large amount of roms, but limited.
17 paź 2014 · Features: Full set of games, although only older / smaller games are playable. Simple selection of games (no rescanning or installation, just select the game zip file and off you go!) TATE mode switch in the initial menu. HW rendering using arcade shader. Configurable scanlines (off, 10 - 100 % intensity) TV set switch: 16/9 or 4/3.
9 sty 2022 · It's great that you curated these for the PS3 specifically (I don't think anyone else has) but it would be cool if you made another upload on Archive.org with just the files in folders (no .pkg). I already have retroarch installed.

Perhaps we can (or there is somewhere already) put a list of working M.AM.E.roms that run on RA on a PS3.
