If you create a Windows 11 installation USB through the official Media Creation Tool or from an ISO image with any other tool (like Rufus), BitLocker will never enable automatically, even if you sign into a Microsoft account.
If your drive is large enough use Ventoy to make it bootable and allows you to add what ever iso you want (Linux, Windows, WinPE). I also moved away from traditional USB thumb drives and now use a USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 external enclosure with NVMe drive.

11 cze 2022 · You will need to download the ISO and use the Rufus tool as shown in the link. But I believe you will need that disk model that has a larger space, this common 4.7gb I believe is not enough, because for USB the MCT recommends at least 8gb.
