BabelMap is a free character map application for Windows developed by Andrew West that allows you to browse through the entire Unicode character repertoire of nearly 155,000 characters, or search for a particular character by name or by code point.
It will load all of the Font Families on your computer and display their glyphs for you. Unlike the build in Character Map, you can resize the window and chose a different font size. You can also copy and past individual characters, including the format you need to have to paste into a XAML file.
