12 cze 2001 · Grand finale of the Fear Factor Championship Stunt #1 (Underwater hallway) Contestants would have to swim the length of a 50-foot hallway submerged in freezing cold water. As they went though the hallway, they would have to unlock three doors and collect 9 flags.
In the finale, contestants have to stay on a climbing wall over 8 stories high as it repeatedly as it is flipped end over end as the wall would spin faster. The one to stay on the wall the longest before falling would be the Fear Factor Champion and win 50K.

22 wrz 2003 · Stunt #2 (Pie Eating Contest) Couples would have to use their faces to search for 4 coins hidden among 10 disgusting Fear Factor pies. The pies all had a bile-based crust, and different pies were duck tongue pie, maggot pie, pig stomach pie, and rotten fish pie.
Stunt takes place in a rectangular pig pen filled with pigs. Couple is placed back-to back and attached to an upright rotisserie. One contestant will be dragged through a field of mud.
