Learn how engineers can design phased antenna arrays and optimize 5G antenna properties for end-to-end channel modeling using Ansys HFSS. Read Blog. Electromagnetic simulation of antenna design and its interaction with the entire system enables you to evaluate antenna placement, EMI/co-site interference and more.
Ansys HFSS is a 3D electromagnetic (EM) simulation software for designing and simulating high-frequency electronic products such as antennas, antenna arrays, RF or microwave components, high-speed interconnects, filters, connectors, IC packages and printed circuit boards.
This repository contains a comprehensive collection of various antenna designs created using Ansys HFSS (High-Frequency Structure Simulator). These designs represent a range of antenna types for different RF and microwave applications, providing detailed simulations for performance analysis.

4nec2 is a completely free Nec2, Nec4 and windows based tool for creating, viewing, optimizing and checking 2D and 3D style antenna geometry structures and generate, display and/or compare near/far-field radiation patterns for both the starting and experienced antenna modeler.
HFSS. There are some simple free tools out there I think. OpenEMS Is one that comes to mind. edit: None of the free ones that aren't limited trials have a CAD component that I am aware of.
