27 kwi 2024 · There are two options for filing the necessary forms to update a USDOT Number: Completing and filing the required MCS-150 forms online, or; Scan and upload a completed, printed and signed MCS-150 to our web form (this is the best option and will provide you with a tracking number for your submission)

If you are not able to update your USDOT biennial update online with your USDOT PIN, you may complete and submit the required MCS-150 form.
20 lip 2024 · FMCSA’s Processing Time for Registration Forms. Printable registration forms can be used to update existing registration or to apply for additional registration. Registered users may submit the forms by uploading them to our web form, by fax or by mail.

File the formal MCS-150 Biennial Update, or update MCS-150 information. BIENNIAL UPDATE OR CHANGES All applicable items 1-16, 21, 30-31, and any others where information has changed since the company’s last update. Notify FMCSA that the company is no longer operating as an interstate Motor Carrier.
The biennial update is a requirement set by the FMCSA to update your MCS-150 Form (also called the Motor Carrier Identification Report) every two years, keep in mind some states actually require you to update it every year as part of renewing your truck/fleet registration.
