28 lis 2005 · The 5.0 Ford V8 is the fuel injected version of the 302, essentially the same engine, but there is a different firing order. I'll try and find a 351W measurement at some point. All measurements stated above are from the outside of each of the valve covers, not including headers or manifolds.
8 wrz 2008 · If you want more power, the 8.8 is an easy swap into the B2 but then you need to consider your front end. The D35 isn't going to last long with big tires and extra power. You'll need to either do the Dana 44 TTB swap or better yet, a solid axle swap. and don't bother with the stock 2.9l auto trans. The 4.0l will destroy it faster than the 2.9s ...
11 wrz 2012 · Almost any engine can be swapped in the BR-II, but each has the usual, (and some unusual) problems. In the end the easiest path may be just to rebuild the 2.8.
