The Standings pages are found in the News Menu under Standings. The Standings Screen shows your team in relation to your division. Your team is highlighted in red. As you rise and fall in the standings, your team's display will move relative to it's position in the league.

As you may have guessed, I used Football Mogul. For the first six rows, I went to the Standings Page and clicked on the column headers to select these stats. League averages can be seen along the bottom (see screenshot).
Football Mogul allows values from 4 to 16. The number of teams from each division, other than the division winners, that make the playoffs. The Salary Cap is a League rule created to maintain parity between small and large market professional football teams.
