29 cze 2017 · It is possible that this new tab button has been removed from its default position. Make sure toolbars like the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible. Open the Customize window and set what toolbars (Show/Hide Toolbars) and toolbar items to display.
I encountered a bug that addons' icons missing on toolbar when I switch between Windows and Linux, using Firefox with same profile. I had to disable all addons and re-enable them. Not sure if that is related.
You cannot click and modify the "Extensions" button from there either like you were used to do before with the "More tools..." menu. Click "Extensions" icon in toolbar. Right-click the addon or click the gear icon. Enable "Pin to toolbar". Now the addon icon will show in toolbar next to URL bar.
7 sie 2014 · Mozilla has indeed removed the Add-On bar at the bottom of the screen. (see What happened to the Add-On bar?). The article links to The Addon Bar (Restored), an addon which can restore it.
2 maj 2019 · Error when trying to click on a blank toolbar icon. You see a few "random" addons displayed properly in these images, but in later occurrences, no addon icons displayed properly. The only icons you consistently see are custom buttons and some of the default Firefox icons like "Show Your History", "Shoe Sidebar", etc.
