You can mod 10 into an Energy Crystal, which you can then ammo refine into 10 Pulse Ammo. You'll need 20 cards in total. The best people to play for these are Cid or Trepie #1 in the cafeteria (before you leave Garden to go to Timber) as they are most likely to play the card.
