If you want to sink your teeth in to the mechanics and enjoy the vision of the original, well, the original then. Purists will likely always say the original. To be sure the mechanics are the same.

  2. 14 kwi 2020 · Original is fully moddable, so you can upgrade backgrounds, textures, etc... to higher resolution with fan mods, etc. Remaster is still being decoded so that some of those mods will work. Plus the remaster took away some things such as full motion support.

  5. I know some people prefer the original leveling board in FF12. The remaster uses a different one with no option to use the original system. Maybe pretty minor overall, but I think they should have given people a choice. Otherwise yeah, maybe their best remaster? That or FFX?
