Fiesta Flambeau is a signature event for Fiesta, which was first celebrated in 1891. Fiesta was created to honor the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto.
Since 1948, the Fiesta Flambeau® Parade has illuminated the streets of beautiful downtown San Antonio. The highlight of the 2.6-mile parade is the joy and excitement it brings to an international line-up of bands, floats, singers and dancers and most of all over 750,000 street spectators.
