Generally I think FIDE arena is used for club players rather than the casual players. Whereas there is no filter on lichess or chess.com, you'll find superGMs alongside total beginners.
I am thinking of maybe getting a membership for FIDE Online Arena. Also with the news that Arena titles can be used for OTBs, I am not sure. Hearing some reviews, there are some people that think it's pretty good. But what do you all think?
28 lip 2022 · Pros. Well I can say for the most part that the game play is a strong as I remember from the past . Main home play is very well designed with lots of chess news. Android/OS app. Cons. The interface on the PC for playing chess is rather small and you aren't able to increase the size. Player activity is crazy small.
I live in a remote area and getting to over-the-board-tournaments is hard. Being able to play a titled player online in a game that is rated, recorded, and archived by FIDE is pretty nifty. Reply. People like to shit on FIDE Online Arena, calling it a scam and saying the titles are a joke.
