Treasure Hunt is an activity released in Patch 2.1. While gathering resources as Miner, Botanist, or Fisher at gathering points that are of level 40 or above, players have a chance of receiving Timeworn Maps. Players can Decipher these maps to receive a location where treasure can be found.

Once you're level 36, do the quest Treasures and Tribulations to unlock maps. Once unlocked, you can find maps through gathering, or by purchasing them off the marketboard. Some maps are single player, some recommend a full party.
