Certain plugins and features (Universalis updates, PennyPincher, and more) require knowing about the FFXIV client’s current opcodes. These change every patch and can sometimes take more time to sort out before a Dalamud update for a new patch is ready.
To fix this, go to Penumbra settings, go to the collections tab, and disable mods for other player characters (I think you can also just enable/disable for specific characters now, but that's a new feature that I'm not familiar with)

If you have textools mods, you will need to add them back via penumbra for people to see your mods on you. however, before you do this you will have to repair all your files to completely remove any traces of textool mods or it will clash and break.
