While I don't expect every BLU to have the same, the least should be around 8% TA and 23% DA. That seriously cuts in to the effectiveness of the weapon's OA2-4, the high delay causing more issues by actually significantly slowing your attack rounds as compared to a Shikargar.

It was ~17min before Nyame, now its ~13 (depends slightly if its day or night and ladybugs are willing to aggro XD). Before it was risky to pull 3 groups, now its risky to pull like 5+, 3 groups are easy now.
You go down 1 tier in Accuracy, lose macc and def down from removing Tenebral Crush and you also lose 1 tier of STP and 3 tiers of Skillchain Bonus. I'm pretty noob to BLU, I'm open to suggestions.
