I wouldn't trust FedEx. Around here, guys used to own their own routes. You'd legit have a FedEx driver you could expect to see every day. Slowly but surely, FedEx pushed them out and essentially forced them to sell so the routes could be consolidated under just a few owners. Now you have one ownership group that might own 20-30 routes.
My parents used to own routes and I used to help them out one of the biggest things they always complain about was Fedex Safety policy. The amount of overreach that Fedex has with their safety policy is absolutely ridiculous.
