The mission of Family Promise is to help children and families who are currently experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness in Albany County. The goal is to have every family achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.
Family Promise of Albany County is here for families during any stage of their life! Our mission is to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response.
Family Promise of Albany County will work work families one-on-one to evaluate their situation, determine their need, and create a path of independence and sustainability for the family moving forward. This is what we call our PATH Program.
