• What are the system requirements for Family Connection? • I cannot log in. I keep seeing the same login screen after clicking the Login button. • When I try to type in my username (my e-mail address) to log in, the system keeps putting dots in the password window.
1. Open the email entitled “Welcome to Family Connection” and click on the link. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam Folder or contact the Center Director. 2. Create your Password. NOTE: Your username is your email address. 3. Login using your Username (same as your email address) and Password. 4.
Step 4: Check your e-mail account for account login details. After you log in, you will be prompted to change the temporary password. Enter your current and new passwords, then confirm your new password. Next, click “Save,” then click “Done.” Note: If you don’t see an e-mail with account login details, please check your spam/junk
