When Windows isn't giving you anymore updates, it's safe to say you're up-to-date to the latest version.
For example, if you have FWE, EVE, and Fallout Reanimated mods installed, then you download and activate their bridges from the RH_ironsights page. These bridges must be activated in your mod manager after both ironsights and the mods they bridge (FWE, EVE, etc..)
