1 cze 2020 · None of the suggested "workarounds" posted here (reinstalling, running as admin, deleting config files, trying newer versions of the launcher...) has helped so far. I'm using Windows 10 (2004) and the GOG version of Stellaris.
13 lip 2020 · Find the desired mod at this site (stellaris.smods or any of the many sites that contain mods) and download it. Unpack mod folder in. C:\Users\*Username*\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\workshop\content\281990\. If folders are missing, try running the game or make them by yourself.
Having the same issue, sort of. Quick fix: find your steam workshop content folder in your steam directory. Sort the folders by date/recent. See if the newest ones are what you just tried to re-download. if you can find the mod in the workshop content folder, open the Stellaris (if it's closed) and make a new mod.
I recently ran into a problem where my mods are enabled on the launcher, but aren't active when I load into stellaris. In addition to that problem, all of my friends have the exact same mods, in the exact same order, but we still have different versions compared to each other.
I looked it up and the most common solution seems to be to unsub from the mod, go into the directory and delete it there as well...which doesn't really work when you have 83 mods and they're all numbered something like "8489237204" in the directory instead of their name.
30 cze 2018 · Win 10 added a 'feature' some time ago called Fullscreen Optimization. It screwed with a lot of older games. Go to where Stellaris is installed (For me: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Stellaris)
18 wrz 2020 · Re-installing Stellaris, Re-installing Steam. I'm not opted into any steam betas. I switched my download region, I cleared my download cache. No matter what the mods I want to download will not download from steam.
