If an email or Facebook message looks strange, don't open it or any attachments. Instead, report it to phish@fb.com or through the report links that appear throughout Facebook. If you’re a business, go to Business Support Home to help verify if there are any issues with your business accounts.
If your account is restricted due to a policy violation, you may be able to request a review. We recommend that you request a review if you believe that your account shouldn’t be restricted. We’ll take another look at your account and determine whether the restrictions should apply.

Cybercriminals impersonate Facebook support teams and fake urgent account restriction notices to manipulate victims into surrendering their account access under false pretenses.

22 kwi 2022 · If you are getting an email with a link that takes you to a Facebook Page / account called “Restriction Alert” or “Restriction Details” it is a scam. DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTION THE HACKERS WILL TAKE OVER YOUR ACCOUNT. There are a few versions of this scam going around.
