23 lis 2022 · Kyogre is the biggest meta counter, but honestly with Excadrill's lesser stat product and absence of fast move pressure, it can get beaten comfortably in neutral matchups. Giratina has a SP advantage, does double the fast move damage and Shadow Ball is more cost-effective than Excadrill's charged moves.
