The format of your student network account is as follows: • EVC Students: MyWebID@stu.evc.edu (e.g., tivi7676@stu.evc.edu) If you have an Office 365 account, your student network account username is your Office 365 email address. If desired, login to MyWeb to request an Office 365 account.

General format for the student email is their EVC username ID followed by @stu.evc.edu: username@stu.evc.edu. If you have not set a password before or have forgotten it, you will need to select "unlock/reset" password link and follow instructions to reset password.
Evergreen Valley College and San Jose City College students may request a free Microsoft Office 365 account. Log into MyWeb to request Office 365. MS Office 365 includes email and online applications for use as long as you are an active student.
