2 gru 2022 · If you (or someone) set a hard drive password with the laptop when it was alive and running, then you need to change / remove the hard drive password in that laptop with that laptop BIOS. Can you remove / unlock the hard drive 10 years later?

12 paź 2014 · Oddając laptopa do serwisu wyjąłem dysk, po naprawie podłączyłem dysk a po włączeniu zasilania laptopa ukazał się komunikat: "Enter HDD/SSD Password". Przy podłączonym dysku nie można wejść do BIOS-u. Jak odłącze dysk to BIOS jest dostępny.
Posted: Nov 10, 2020. Options. @cmg01 you could try to reset it by following the steps from here. If that does not work you maybe dealing with an an ATA password which then it is possible that the info is stored on the hard drive itself.
