I feel actually encouraged to try new brands. My negative experiences were single, brutal and personal events and doesn't necessarily represent other puzzlers experienced. I avoid two brands: Flame Tree Publishing and Workman. Brands I don't like because their pieces feel like plastic: eeBoo, Galison and Mudpuppy.

They had great offer on bluebird puzzles recently, so I made bigger purchase of 13 puzzles, order was placed on 02/08/2024 and delivered on 12/08/2024 which isn’t too bad.
