I have been looking for emo clothing online but have been struggling a bit. I do thrift a lot of the stuff I buy but because I need to ask for it for presents, I can’t quite thrift it. I also live in an area with no fashion stores that cater to emo clothing besides hot topic.
Most of my clothes are secondhand, and I've been able to find a lot of fantastic gently-used items thrift shopping, both online and in brick-and-mortar stores. Noctex is a Canadian brand who make their pieces from deadstock fabric. I've owned a couple of things and thought they were incredible!
One: There is no "right way" to go about your style, make it your own! But if you wanna land like the stereotypical 'emo' look I have some advice. Two: Band T's are and skinny jeans are part of an established alt/emo/scene kind of look, but lets step it up a notch. Get some accessories. Wristbands, necklaces, if you're into it, piercings.
