His other LLC companies that buys and rent a homes all have a 1.05/5.00 rating on BBB website. They have 1 star average on Yelp with thousands of reviews. All of the negative reviews from a seller standpoint were similar experiences to ours.
I would be very suspicious, but you should try to find reviews that indicate that were written by board members, and not just residents or tenants who didn't like the rules being enforced. You may also want to call a board member to find out why they are still using a manager with such poor reviews.
Total scam. I have a friend that joined that stupid Pinnacle/WFG bullsh*t and tried to get me buying their stupid "indexed life annuity" product. The minute I heard him try to explain I knew he was too far in to convince him to get out.
Google reviews are for venting/warning potential future customers browsing prior to selecting a business with which to do business, whereas BBB is for requesting a remedy for a specific transaction/experience from the business.
Does anyone have experience with "My Home Leasing" or "Elite Team Realty"? From a tenant's perspective, specifically. I'd like to hear from anyone who's rented through either of these, and know where they fall on the "shady landlord" spectrum (My Home Leasing is also known variously as "My Townhome" and, hilariously, "My Maison Realty")
