Apply Online. Students should complete the FAFSA or CADAA and include the East Los Angeles College school code, FAFSA: 001222 / Dream Act: 022260. Additional LACCD college codes are available at the LACCD Financial Aid Homepage.
FAFSA applicants should have their social security number on file with the Admissions & Records office to ensure submission. Dream Act applicants should ensure that they are coded as an AB540 student with the Admissions & Records Office.

Students can enter these codes on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form to indicate which postsecondary schools they want to receive their financial application results. The Federal School Code List is a searchable document in Excel format.
Applying for federal student aid. Completing and submitting the FAFSA is free and gives you access to the largest source of financial aid for school. You must submit your FAFSA application on time to be considered for federal student aid.
