If you’re using another device that is compatible with eSIM you can order a replacement SIM by logging in to EE and choosing an eSIM.

4 kwi 2023 · The process for setting up an eSIM varies a bit depending on your phone brand, but the basic process tends to involve finding the ‘Add Data Plan’ or ‘Add Mobile Plan’ or similar screen in your phone’s settings menu, and then scanning the eSIM QR code.
Tap on the Settings menu of your iPhone. Tap Mobile Service. If you have more than one number, under SIMs, tap the number you want to convert. Next, tap Convert to eSIM. Then follow the steps shown on your iPhone to complete the setup. It may take a few minutes to activate.
