An eSIM stores the data your device needs to use the EE network, just like a traditional SIM card. ‘eSIM’ simply means an embedded SIM, but unlike a physical SIM card, an eSIM is already built into your device. It also enables you to have multiple lines on a device, that you can switch between.

30 maj 2022 · Samsung does not support multiple eSim usage - only the latest Google and Apple phone does. BUT even so, they still will not work if the carrier has not enabled the functionality too. There is a (not so satisfactory) workaround: just before you toggle from the NL to the HK eSim, set the NL number to full call forwarding to the HK number.
11 gru 2022 · Using this feature at a time anyone can enable 2 eSIM profiles using the same eSIM H/w in a Pixel phone. In Pixel7, google also has given physical SIM slots but in the future, it might be removed and only eSIM will be there supporting dual SIM functionality.
