First Time Login for Edison Users. If you have never logged into Edison or if you have changed agencies since the last time you logged in, you will need your 8-digit employee ID which you can get from your supervisor or your agency's HR office.

You can follow these steps: Navigate to https://www.edison.tn.gov. Click on “Employee Portal Login” Enter Your Access ID. Don’t Know Your Access ID? Click the Back button on your browser. Click on the Retrieve Access ID button. Complete the required fields (First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, Zip Code) Click “Submit”
