Employees are able to utilize the 1st time user/password reset function in Edison to retrieve their user ID and reset their password. Employees will need their 8-digit employee ID number.

When you enter your Access ID and password you just reset, it says it is incorrect. The help desk will need to check the status of your user profile. Call the Edison help desk: 615.741.4357 or 866.376.0104. You received the “Your account is locked” message or the “Your account is disabled’ message.
Your Edison password will expire every 90 days, and you will need to reset it or risk getting locked out of your account. If you do get locked out of your account, call the Edison Help Line at 615-741-4357 for help resetting it.
If you need to reset your password, go to www.edison.tn.ggy, enter your Access ID and click continue, then click Forgot Your Password. A one-time password will be sent to the email address you have on record. Then follow the instructions provided on the one-time password entry page. You should receive this one-time password within a few minutes.
